Can I bring my child to a session?

Children aged 12-15 years old must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian, and the parent/guardian must be present during the session. For those aged 16-17, a waiver must be signed by a parent/guardian.

Is there parking available?

There is no parking directly outside unless you are booking in for a private. There is metered parking available near our studio on King Street and Duke Street. There is free parking on St Paul’s Square and on that section of Duke Street, St Paul’s Street and Belmont Street. The Church carpark at Lord Street West Church is metered. Alternatively, strategically park in Morrison’s close to Lord Street and it free, the studio is a couple of minutes walk.

Please inform us of any medical conditions or injuries prior to your session so we can adjust your workout accordingly. If your health status changes, please update us immediately.

Yes, all clients are required to complete and sign a health screening form on their first visit.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel a group class, private 1:1, or duet 2:1 session. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe will be charged the full fee.

Yes, we offer a rolling membership with monthly auto payment setup. You can use your monthly allocation of sessions however you wish within that period.

Yes, but we recommend you obtain your doctor’s approval before attending. Private 1:1 sessions are recommended for prenatal clients to ensure the sessions are tailored to your specific needs and that you are closely monitored.
