We are dedicated to teaching the original works of Joseph Pilates, ensuring that our clients experience the full benefits of Pilates. Established in 2017, our fully equipped studio specialises in group Reformer, Wall Tower, Mat, and Barre. In addition to these group classes, we also offer personalised 1:1 and private sessions tailored to meet your individual goals. Our studio caters to all ages, abilities, and fitness levels, making Pilates accessible to everyone. We are an authorised seller of Varley, offering high-quality Pilates apparel and accessories.

The wins and the losses, the happiest celebrations, proud moments and quiet challenges — all of it has helped shape not only my year, but me, my studio, my retreats and my teaching.

As we step into 2026, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on the year behind you and allow it to help shape the year ahead.
