Working on top of the range Gratz wall towers you’ll use resistance springs to lengthen, strengthen and engage every part of your body, these fun and energising classes provide a total body workout and combine all aspects of Pilates.
Tower classes create a long and lean body while improving posture, balancing out imbalances in a fun and focused set up – they are suitable for those wanting an extra challenge.
Classes are limited to 4 per session and each tower is socially distanced. Classes are separated into ability. Intermediate classes must only be booked once your instructor has given you the go-ahead. Group classes are not suitable if you have had major surgery, injury or illness. A private 1:1 session is advisable in this situation.
