Barre & Mat Teacher

I’m really excited and grateful to be starting my Pilates journey at Pilates Works, starting with classes in Barre.
My mission is to lead high energy, dynamic classes where you will feel the burn while improving strength, flexibility and balance.
By combining ballet inspired movements, strength training and stretching, I create a full body workout that builds lean muscles, improves posture and increases mobility as well as increasing coordination and mind body connection.

With years of dance training, attending a Performing Arts College and experience as a professional dancer, I’m drawn to barre for its intensity, control, and fluidity. Barre blends those dance-inspired principles with the benefits of strength training – creating a workout that is both energising and transformative, where you’ll feel both the challenge and the rewards.

As a qualified Mat instructor, I bring a deep understanding of body alignment and movement mechanics and strength development to each class. My training gives me the tools to help students of all levels achieve better posture, mobility and overall fitness.

I believe in the power of movement to transform not only your body but also your mindset. In every class, I strive to create a fun, welcoming environment where everyone – whether you’re new to barre or a seasoned pro – feels encouraged and supported. With a focus on mindful movement, my classes are designed to push you just beyond your limits while ensuring you feel empowered and strong!
